Tickets already purchased for the event will be included in the personal congress kit delivered to participants upon registration.

The dinner will also be the occasion for the participants to spend a special evening of entertainment and fine “Tuscan cuisine” as well as an alternative opportunity for pleasant networking and informal interaction.

The dress code for the event is: business casual.

On site registration will be accepted according to availability and tickets could be purchased at the “New Registration Desk”.

Opened in December 2011, the New Florence Opera House is one of the most advanced in Europe.
With its wide open spaces, is open to visitors and even when there are no performances it’s accessible during the day, where the bookshop and the café are open, families can have a walk, read, jog, walk through the fountains and visit the open air museum created by the genius and Oscar winner Dante Ferretti, with the message boards located in the park and in the square outside. This location can immediately identify the place as a "factory" of show and music.

How to get there

The easiest way to get to Opera Firenze is to use the Tramway (TRAMVIA).
Get on the tramway, which is next to Santa Maria Novella railway station, from the Stazione Alamanni stop. Get out at the first stop (Porta al Prato – Leopolda stop): the Nuovo Teatro dell’Opera is right in front of you.

Useful Information

ATAF 90 minute ticket costs € 1,20. and allows you to travel on the bus & tram for 90 minutes, starting from the moment of validation. This operation needs only to be done once (at the beginning of the first journey).

ATAF bus tickets are best bought BEFORE you board the bus. They are available from any kiosk (news stand) and from many cafés (bars), and at tobacconists. There are also two ATAF offices close to the SMN railway station.

In extremity, you can buy a ticket from the driver. Note that he's not obliged to provide change and sales are suspended if an inspector is on board (€ 1,50)

If you have an Italian phone provider (TIM, Vodafone, Wind and 3) you can also buy an e-ticket directly from your mobile phone, just sending an sms text message typing in the word “ATAF” and sending it to the number 4880105. This service costs 1,50€ and the e-ticket is valid for 90 minutes from the message reply. Please remember to send it BEFORE getting on board.
